These guys are the best. They take such good care of my car. No matter how busy the shop is Shawn is always so pleasant and make sure he conveys how much they appreciate your business. Rick also has been very helpful. And Stacy took great care of my vehicle on my last visit. They do great work. And it doesn’t cost an outrageous amount for Service.😃

I love the small family business feel of this Midas operation. The staff members are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The business hours on Saturday are appreciated. They provide a clean, air-conditioned customer lounge. They keep you informed about your vehicle’s progress during the appointment. My vehicle is always in good hands with this auto repair shop.

The boys, including Mr. Brakes knocked my E-Bike tire, inner tube, And brakes in less than a day. A half day. All local shops - booked for 2 weeks at least. Super satisfied! Bike is safe again!!! Chipotle says Thanks!

It's tough finding a car repair shop that has honesty and integrity. You'll find that here at Midas on East Bay. Took my Mercedes that I had purchased a few days ago to get checked over for some concerns. The owner John was great. Even helped get my warranty company to waive my deductible. Bryce at the front desk was great as well getting me all checked in. If you want to have your car repaired by people that offer great service and valuable insight, please don't hesitate to go here. They were great. 10/10

I want to take the time to say how awesome John was today! Words couldn't express my gratitude. I just happened to be in the area today as I reside in pasco county and decided to stop by to see if my son's motor bike tire could be mounted correctly as my son did the best he could without the proper tools, however the tire was NOT on the rim correctly. So I decided to stop by Midas and try my luck and John did not hesitate to help me. I explained the situation and he told me not to worry and that he would take of it and he did just that. Although I do not live in the area I would totally go back to THIS particular location because of how welcoming John was today and the service I received. I do not recall the other gentleman's name that was also in the office at the time, but he was eating his lunch and did not hesitate to also want to help me. So Thank you for the amazing service that you'll provided and I will make up a reason just to stop by even if it's Just to say hello....I also attached the picture of the tire back on his motorbike :)
